Slightly more then two years ago I stared my first project of combining my three biggest passions, sailing, kiteboarding and filmmaking.
The decision to enter the Rolex Middle Sea Race and put myself to the task of skippering a boat and documenting the race “full video here” was the biggest challenge I ever faced and was the beginning of a vision than lives in my brain.
During the last years I have been working on my vision and now I want to use it to create awareness for a sustainable living in our planet. As I try to do my part and try to pass information to create awareness through what I love as I believe the best way to archive our full potential is to do what we love.
We all know that this is not an easy task, this journey started 2 years ago and I have found many obstacles in my path. Many of these include myself sabotaging my own plans in many different ways. But that is something I have to deal with and learn how to stop myself from doing that. On other hand I don’t like to blame others for what happens to me, but sometimes I feel frustrated as I see money going to projects lead by dementors that are temperamental and self absorbed people that manipulate and twist facts just to get what they want. Some of them even have a way of taking the things you are most passionate about and making you fell terrible about it as they look down on you and quickly tell you what is and isn’t cool instead of appreciating and learning from someone different from them.
In spite of all this messy and confused world we currently live in I will not give up and will find a way to bring my vision to a reality and hope one day the temperamental, the gossip, the victim, the self-absorbed, the envious, the manipulator, the dementor, the twisted, the judgmental and the arrogant people will stop draining others and that more people will be able to feel inspired and inspire others who want share the love and passion we all have as human beings.
